Contact and AI check

If you write to us, call us or fill in the AI check, we process your details to answer your request. The AI check form is sent to us through a form service.

Data we process on behalf of customers

Our building blocks process data on behalf of our customers, for example messages sent to a business via WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or email. The business concerned is responsible for that data. We process it only on its instructions, under a data processing agreement.

When a customer connects Meta accounts (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), we use the access granted only to receive and answer messages for that business. We do not use this data for advertising and do not share it.

Recipients and transfers abroad

We do not sell data. Recipients are providers that support our operations (hosting, email, forms) and the platforms a customer connects. Some of them are based in the USA or process data worldwide. We rely on adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep data only as long as its purpose requires. After a contract ends, we delete a customer’s data within 30 days. Billing records are kept for up to ten years as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion and a copy of your data, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority in your EU country.

Deleting your data

If you are a Team Heinzel customer: Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete data”. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm this by email. You can also revoke access to your Meta accounts at any time in Meta Business Suite under Settings, Integrations, Connected apps.

If you wrote to a business: Please contact that business. It is responsible for your data, and we act on its instructions.
